I have thought long and hard about how to describe to you my personal Higher Power, whom I call God. I have settled on the following "Statement of Being" used in Worldwide Unity, a quasi-new age non-demoninational church, I attended for a year or so when I lived in San Diego. There are many different ways I could describe my God to you, but I think this statement does a pretty good job:
- God is all, both invisible and visible.
- One Presence, One Mind, One Power is all.
- This One that is all is Perfect Life, Perfect Love, Perfect Substance.
- I am an individualized expression of God.
- I am ever on with this Perfect Life, Perfect Love and Perfect Substance.
